A strange creature drops a tablet on Sinbad’s boat; Sinbad now wears it around his neck as an amulet. That night he dreams of a mysterious girl with an eye tattooed on her hand. Then a force steers his ship towards Marabia, where the Grand Vizier explains that the amulet is part of a 3-piece puzzle. The Vizier has the 2nd piece, and once they find the third, they will be able to find the Fountain of Destiny on the lost continent of Lemuria. But the evil magician Koura, to whom the amulet belongs, will stop at nothing to retrieve it
